Since its establishment in 2002, Raha Pharmaceutical Company has utilized a specialized technical team of experienced engineers and technicians for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all production equipment and facilities, with the aim of achieving the highest possible equipment efficiency and creating optimal conditions for pharmaceutical manufacturing. The company’s facilities include boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units (AHUs), water purification systems, distilled water production units, and sterile steam generation systems. All these facilities are monitored and controlled by specialized technical technicians.
The company’s water treatment section uses reverse osmosis technology to produce deionized water, which is an advanced method for water production in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
In addition, the necessary facilities for the production of Water for Injection (WFI) have been designed and constructed for the manufacture of sterile ampoules and ophthalmic drops.
Raha Pharmaceutical Company implements a preventive maintenance (PM) program for all its production equipment and facilities. By minimizing interruptions to the production process caused by maintenance activities, the company strives to provide high-quality products to different segments of society.
